To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 29 June 2026 to Question 11465 on Airports: Fees and Charges, if her Department will have discussions with airport operators on the implementation of parking fees and charges.

The Department regularly engages with airport operators on surface access matters and will continue to discuss issues relating to airport access, including parking arrangements, as part of that engagement.

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
