To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the answer of 21 May 2026, to Question 198, on Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government: Departmental Responsibilities, what amount and proportion of the £39 billion for the Social and Affordable Homes Programme is funded in the current Spending Review period.

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
