To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what proportion of Universal Credit claimants awarded limited capability for work and work-related activity in the last 12 months scored more than 8 points in the mental, cognitive and intellectual functions activity of the work capability assessment.

Secretary of State

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
