The NHS Business Services Authority does not hold data relating to the number of women who have been newly prescribed hormone replacement therapy (HRT) products in the last 12 months. However, the available data does indicate that the estimated number of identified patients who were prescribed at least one HRT drug item in England increased by 12%, from 2.3 million in 2022/23 to 2.6 million in 2023/24. Secretary of State

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
