To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if she will take steps to ensure specialist neurotherapy for babies with neurodevelopmental conditions is accessible through the NHS.

We are not taking such specific steps, as diagnosis of a neurodevelopmental disorder would typically be in children and adults but not babies.

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
