To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what the cost to the public purse was of the (a) annual lease, (b) daily operating costs, (c) fitting out, (d) security staff, (e) operations staff, (f) equipment, (g) services and amenities and (h) maintenance at Dover SPS Border Control Post in the last 12 months.

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
