To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many NHS Continuing Healthcare patients are (a) eligible for and (b) receive 24-hour care.

Based on data published by NHS England, 162,005 people were eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare in 2022/2023.

Data on the number of people receiving 24-hour care is not collected.
