To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will bring forward legislative proposals to prevent vendors being able to give free samples of vapes to consumers under the age of 18.

On 30 May 2023, the Prime Minister announced a range of new proposals to protect children from the risks of vaping, including closing the loophole that allows the vaping industry to give free samples of vapes to children in England. Further details are available at the following link:
