To ask His Majesty's Government whether the extension of provisions of protection of five additional species under the Ivory Act 2018 will extend to Northern Ireland.

The Ivory Act 2018 applies to the United Kingdom. When the Act is extended to cover the five additional ivory-bearing species, it will apply to Northern Ireland.
