No assessment has been made of the potential merits of banning single use disposable vaping devices. However, the Government is concerned by the increasing use of disposable vaping products, particularly amongst children, and their impact on the environment when they become waste. The Department of Health and Social Care is working with the Department for Environment, Farming and Rural Affairs on developing the evidence base to better understand those impacts.
