To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what was the average time between a claimant receiving their employment tribunal claim and their first hearing each year from 2010 to 2022.

The average time between a claimant receiving their employment tribunal claim and their first hearing each year from 2010 to March 2021 can be found in the table below. We do not hold the information for 2022. Waiting times have risen from 2019 due to the pandemic.
