To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many mortgage (a) claims, (b) orders, (c) warrants and (d) repossessions there were in each county court circuit in the last quarter for which figures are available.
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many landlord possession (a) claims, (b) orders, (c) warrants and (d) repossessions there were in each county court circuit in the last quarter for which figures are available.
The Ministry of Justice publishes statistics on volumes of mortgage and landlord possession claims, orders, warrants and repossessions here - Mortgage and landlord possession statistics - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). Court data can be found in the CSVs published alongside the statistics. The data in the latest publication goes up to September 2022.
