The Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP) data is published annually in the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) annual report. The current report is available here: Infrastructure and Projects Authority annual report 2022 - GOV.UK with further detail in the "Transparency and freedom of information releases" section of GOV.UK. This data includes whole life costs and financial information for the preceding year for each GMPP project.
