The majority of rheumatology services are commissioned by local integrated care boards (ICBs) to meet the health needs of the local population. NHS England’s Best Musculoskeletal Health Programme and the Getting it Right First Time Programme works with ICBs to inform improvements to rheumatology services, including in London.
