We work closely with the governments of the Western Balkans, the EU, and other partners, to support the Euro-Atlantic integration of the Western Balkans states. On 21 October, I attended the Berlin Process Foreign Ministers' meeting in Germany, and emphasized the need for a coordinated approach in response to Russian destabilising actions in the Western Balkans, including through Euro-Atlantic integration, imposition of sanctions against Russia and support for energy transition.

Like other partner countries which are not EU Member States, the UK will not be attending the upcoming EU-Western Balkans Summit.
