To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to The Framework for Enhanced Health in Care Homes, published by the NHS in March 2020, how many and what proportion of Primary Care Networks are meeting the Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service specification of delivering a weekly GP home round to care home patients in the latest period for which data is available.

The information requested is not held centrally. Since 2020 there has been a requirement for Primary Care Networks to establish and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a weekly ‘home round’ of care home patients, where those identified as a clinical priority for assessment and care are reviewed.
