Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs written question – answered at on 21 September 2022.
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how many people have been fined for fly-tipping in England in each of the last five years.
Local authorities report fly-tipping incidents and enforcement actions, including fixed penalty notices and fines, to Defra every year. We publish these figures annually at: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistical-data-sets/env24-fly-tipping-incidents-and-actions-taken-in-england.
