The Government’s proposals for a Bill of Rights were published in our consultation ‘Human Rights Act Reform: A Modern Bill of Rights’ on 14 December 2021 which is available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/human-rights-act-reform-a-modern-bill-of-rights. The consultation ran for 12 weeks and over 12,000 responses were received. We do not intend to publish a draft Bill of Rights. We will introduce the Bill in this Parliamentary session.
