To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what proportion of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) patients receive a personalised care plan; and what proportion of those patients receive a personalised care plan from the point of diagnosis.

The information requested is not currently held centrally in the format requested. While data on holistic needs assessments and personalised care and support plans is now routinely collected via the Cancer Outcomes and Services Dataset, this was delayed due to the pandemic. Therefore, accurate data on service provision is not yet available and reported at patient level.

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
