To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 20 January 2022 to Question 102716 on HM Courts and Tribunals Service: Disability, whether the test phase went live as planned on 31 January 2022.

The Digital Support test phase went live in the West Midlands Combined Authority with Social Security Child Support Appeals on 31 January. The Single Justice Service went into the test phase on 14 February. The test phase ends at the end of March. Full national and jurisdictional coverage of live reformed HMCTS services is expected late Spring 2022.
