To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will publish a breakdown of the location of the 4000 prison places he will create across 16 prisons through the building of new wings and refurbishing jails, as announced by his Department on 18 February 2022.

Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
