Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) have been, and will remain, vital partners for delivering essential assistance in Afghanistan. We are working closely with them to respond to the changing situation on the ground and continue to support UN OCHA and the Afghanistan NGO coordination forum in their work on staff safety, security and duty of care. We also fund the International NGO Safety Organisation to carry out essential information gathering on security to support UN Agencies and NGOs to operate in Afghanistan.
