To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, if he will meet with the hon. Member for York Central to discuss the shortage of housing in York.

We are committed to supporting the supply of new homes, across the country. Our planning reforms will be a crucial step in making sure we have the right number of homes in the right places.

We are providing £77.1 million in Housing Investment Grant funding to the York Central project, to unlock 2,500 homes on a brownfield city centre location next to York Railway Station

I would be delighted to meet the honourable lady to discuss housing in her local area.
