To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent assessment he has made of the effect of the covid-19 outbreak on cancer (a) diagnosis and (b) care and treatment in (i) Coventry North East constituency, (ii) Coventry, (iii) the West Midlands and (iv) England.
