On 11 January I wrote to the independent Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) seeking advice on how we can strengthen and clarify the law on consumer Cannabidiol (CBD) products and ensure that these products contain only a trace percentage of controlled cannabinoids, including THC. The ACMD advice will be published on gov.uk.
