To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what role (a) her Department and (b) her Department's non-departmental public bodies have in the case of the UK whistleblower, Jonathan Taylor.
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether her Department has sought the extradition of whistleblower, Jonathan Taylor to the UK from Croatia.
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for what reasons her Department has not issued a European Arrest Warrant for the UK whistleblower, Jonathan Taylor.
The Home Office has no role in Mr Taylor’s case.
Whether to seek a person’s extradition to the UK is a matter for the UK’s independent police and prosecution services.
