To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what guidance he has published on who should pay fees for medical records in respect of applicants to the armed forces.

Delivery of medical screening for applicants to the Armed Forces is contracted out. Where General Practitioners raise a charge for the provision of medical records the costs are met by the Armed Forces via the contractor.
