To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, pursuant to the Answer of 11 September to Question 86598, for what reasons her Department did not begin its evaluation of alleged violations of International Humanitarian Law in Yemen until after 30 April 2020.

The Rt Hon. Lady will understand that the reference to 30th April 2020 only relates to the number of incidents recorded by the Ministry of Defence at that date; it is not the date the evaluation of alleged violations of International Humanitarian Law in Yemen started.
