Local authorities are legally required to make NHS Health Check provision for all eligible people aged 40 -74 but can also choose to extend the programme to a younger population.
PHE has been commissioned by the Department to deliver an evidence-based review of the NHS Health Check programme to inform action which will ensure it remains fit for purpose for the next 10 years and beyond.
