To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what his Department’s (a) budget and (b) expenditure was on immigration litigation in each of the last five years.
The Home Office Annual Report and Accounts each year report details of certain Immigration litigation costs under the Parliamentary Accountability Disclosures section, specifically Losses and Special Payments. This disclosure does not show separate, full details for Immigration Litigation nor details of associated budgets. Refer to the links below for published information that relates to immigration litigation in the previous five financial years.
