To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what due diligence his Department undertook on IMS Ltd’s financial activities and (a) anti-bribery policies, (b) risk management, (c) money laundering policies and (d) other internal controls following its reclassification as a Government entity by the Treasury for the financial year 2019-20.
