To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how much and what proportion of the Business Growth fund was under spent in each of the last three years.

The Business Growth Fund was established in 2011 as an investment company with financial backing from Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, RBS and Standard Chartered. It is independent of government and its investments are a commercial matter for the Fund.
