To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether buyers acquiring fish up to 30 kg in weight landed from licensed fishing vessels continue to be exempt from the need to produce sales notes, provided the fish are purchased for private consumption.

Yes, buyers acquiring up to 30kg of fish for personal consumption will continue to be exempt from the need to produce sales notes.
