To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether fish from an under 10 metre licensed fishing vessel are required to appear on a sales note if the buyer of those fish purchases less than 30kg of fish and the fish are used only for private consumption.

For under 10 metre licensed fishing vessels, a sales note is not required to be submitted in instances where less than 30kg of fish is bought per day directly from a commercial fisher for personal consumption.
