To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the implications for her policy on the EU Settlement Scheme of the finding in Library Briefing Note entitled, The progress of the EU Settlement Scheme so far, published on 18 October 2019, that 38.5 per cent of concluded applications have received pre-settled status.
