To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will publish the names of the companies that have signed up to the Defence Discount Service.
The Defence Discount Service (DDS), operating since 2014, has 242,000 Defence Privilege Card holders.
A total of 12,750 companies participate in the DDS. The Ministry of Defence will not publish a full list of these companies as the DDS is operated by a private company (Blue Light Card Ltd) and this information is judged commercially sensitive.
