To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what steps she is taking to reduce the regulatory burden on business after the UK leaves the EU.

The Government seeks to build a positive regulatory environment for business and ensure that the public continue to enjoy the highest standards of protections. My Rt Hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer has announced plans to hold a Brexit Red Tape Challenge. We shall set out next steps on this in due course.
