To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how much funding his Department allocated to probation services in each (a) nation and (b) region of the UK in 2018.
The total amount spent by the Ministry of Justice on probation services in England and Wales for each region is set out in the summary table below:

* includes bail accommodation, NPS centrally delivered operational support, public protection group and probation contract management
Responsibility for delivery of probation services in Northern Ireland and Scotland sits with the devolved administrations and is not funded through the Ministry of Justice.
