To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many (a) outpatient and (b) inpatient appointments were (i) emergency and (ii) elective with a (A) primary and (B) secondary diagnosis of HIV in (1) England and (2) each clinical commissioning group area in each of the last 12 months; and what the average waiting time was for each such appointment.
