To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether people applying to the Windrush compensation scheme who request a Tier 1 or Tier 2 review will have access to the evidence or data upon which an initial or review decision has been made.
When an offer of compensation is made the Home Office will write to the claimant setting out the reasons for that decision.
