To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what assessment he has made of the implications for his Department's policies of the findings on victims of rape in the Victims’ Commissioner’s Annual Report.

The Government welcomes the Victim Commissioner’s Annual Report and is working closely with Dame Vera Baird as we work to improve the way the Criminal Justice System deals with sexual offending. We will formally respond to the report in due course.
