To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what discussions he has had with representatives of Pearson Education Ltd on the number of that company's exam papers that have been leaked online in the last three years.

Exam security is a matter for the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual), as the independent regulator of qualifications in England. Where there has been a leak of exam material, Ofqual will alert the Department and provide updates as the facts of the case are discovered.

While there have not been direct discussions with representatives from Pearson Education Ltd, the exam board has written to my right Hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Education about the recent leak of A level maths exam material and has committed to keeping the Department updated.
