To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, which international shipping registers were used as a basis for the introduction of the UK Ship Register’s system of bareboat charter-out.

The UK’s bareboat charter-out process is based on processes that are already in place within its Red Ensign Group partners (Isle of Man, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Gibraltar) and other international registers.
