Total number of STI tests, paid for by local authorities from 2013 to 2017:
- The services provided include STI testing which include tests for chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis and HIV. The STI tests were expanded in 2015 to include tests (for herpes simplex virus, hepatitis A/B/C) that were not previously reported via GUMCAD. Therefore, data from 2015 for these STI tests are not directly comparable to data from previous years.
