To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what representations he has made to the Italian Government on that Government's decision not to allow the Sea-Watch crew and the refugees that it has picked up dock.
Sea-Watch 3 disembarked the 47 rescued migrants on board at Catania (Sicily) on 31 January.
