To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many children who have (a) permanent residence, (b) indefinite leave to remain and (c) British citizenship have a parent detained for immigration purposes.
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the average length of residency in the UK is for people who are detained for immigration purposes.
Providing the information requested would require a manual check of individual records which could only be done at disproportionate cost.
