To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what assessment he has made of the effect of the withdrawal agreement for the UK leaving the EU on the transportation and sale of livestock from Northern Ireland to the rest of the UK.

The Withdrawal Agreement should not affect the transportation and sale of livestock from Northern Ireland to the rest of the United Kingdom.
