To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether seafarer recruitment and placement agencies registered in (a) Crown Dependencies and (b) British Overseas Territories operate in the territory of the UK for the purposes of compliance with (i) Regulation 1.4 and (ii) Standard A1.4 of the Maritime Labour Convention.

Seafarer recruitment and placement agencies registered or otherwise based in (a) Crown Dependencies and (b) British Overseas Territories do not operate in the territory of the UK for the purposes of compliance with Regulation 1.4 and Standard A1.5 of the Maritime Labour Convention.
