To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps his Department is taking to support refugees who have to travel long distances for appointments with immigration officials.

Those who have been granted refugee status are not required to report to the Home Office, or attend meetings with immigration officials, as refugees are granted a period of leave to remain for five years. Reporting conditions are only applied to those who have received an adverse decision on their application.
