To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will publish (a) the change in his Department's budget in real terms in each year since 2010; and what the projected change will be in real terms in each year to 2022.

Budgets for the years 2020/21 and 2021/22 will be set in the next Spending Review. The figures below represent actual funding received for 2010/11 – 2017/18, and forecast figures for 2018/19 – 2019/20.
